Tala manages Admissions event programming strategy for NYU Abu Dhabi and loves being a part of a global team. Prior to joining Admissions, she was part of NYUAD's community outreach office in Campus Life, managing programs and events in various fields including youth mentorship, sustainability, disability advocacy, humanitarian action, among others. Tala earned her degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service in Culture & Politics with a minor in American Studies. In her free time, she plays basketball, enjoys the outdoors, wakeboards, and fervently advocates for the use of the Oxford Comma.
