Study Away with NYU Sydney

Studying at NYU Sydney provides what might be one of the most unique study away experiences at NYU. Not only will you spend a semester living and studying in one of the most beautiful and diverse countries in the world, but you will have the opportunity to tap into one of the best global universities in Australia, the University of Sydney (USYD), with all the knowledge and resources it offers.

All NYU Sydney classes take place on the USYD’s Camperdown/Darlington campus, located southwest of downtown Sydney. While NYU Sydney is known for environmental science and media, culture, and communication courses, you’ll also have the chance to take courses on Aboriginal art and anthropology, among many others. Furthermore, NYU Sydney’s partnership with USYD gives you the opportunity to take USYD courses and participate in a wide range of its projects and research initiatives.

You will find yourself immersed in an incredibly unique setting. It’s a city, county, and ecosystem that includes the Sydney Opera House, Bondi Beach, the Great Barrier Reef, the Blue Mountains National Park, and so much more.
