Brenda is a junior in the College of Arts and Science studying Politics and Social and Cultural Analysis. A proud Long Islander, her accent always seems to fit right in in New York City. Around NYU, you can usually find her giving a campus tour as an Admissions Ambassador, studying in the classrooms underneath the Goddard Starbucks, or hanging out with her residents as a Resident Assistant. During her time as a student, she has also had the opportunity to be an intern in the office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and at the Department of Justice’s Environmental and Natural Resources Division during her study away semester in Washington, D.C. She uses most of her free time to explore all of New York City, and loves to venture uptown and out into other burrows in search of green space, photoshoot spots, and to continue her hunt for the best mocha in NYC.
