Cecily Johnson

Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Cecily Johnson is a current sophomore studying Film and Television, Producing, and French. Since first stepping foot on NYU's campus, she has become an Admissions Ambassador, the secretary for the Tisch-affiliated club The Collective, and a member of clubs such as the Black Student Union and Femmes in Film. Cecily loves living a busy lifestyle, as when she has free time during the week you can often find her in the gym, hitting a new PR. Still, slowing down is good for the soul, so you can also catch her aimlessly perusing the shelves of Barnes and Noble or settling down with her chai and a book in a local coffee shop. In the future, she hopes to work as either a television or stage theater producer, and wants nothing more than to contribute to the creative sphere with her own touch.
